cBlogger is a CMS (content management system) like Drupal or Wordpress. cBlogger is based off the CodeIgniter framework and may be available to the public on this site soon.

Update:
cBlogger is still in development and when finished will be released to the public with a full feature set.

The extended version of cblogger is a extended or custom version that was built just for its application. You will notice that a few sites affiliated with CPC Designs are built on cBlogger Extended.
